Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: You may cancel your appointment on the text confirmation by selecting "Change or cancel" 48 hours before your appointment. No last minute cancelations or rescheduling is allowed.
Rescheduling will only be allowed ONE time within the same deposit and will only be allowed with "48hrs in advance", this can be done on the text confirmation by selecting
"CHANGE OR CANCEL"..
NO SHOWS:IF YOU DO NOT NOT COME IN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE
CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT AND WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES TO BOOK. I WILL KEEP PROOF OF MESSAGES AND POLICY AGGREEMENT IF YOU DECIDE TO DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK. I hate to charge like this but my time is valuble and I could have filled someone in for your spot.
